At Crisprsys we strive to create quality software that you enjoy using for your business or professional life. You have a number of choices and we appreciate you giving us your business. Thank You. We have created this policy that details what we will do should we fail to meet your expectations.
Trail Period: We offer 60 days of trial period, free of cost for all our applications, for fixed number of users as detailed in the plan. During the trial period just subscription with your company data is enough, we don’t seek any Credit card or payment information. During the trial period you get full hands on and ample opportunity to evaluate the services, whether it meets your requirement or not. After the trial period is over, monthly subscription starts as per your selection of the applications. Application wise, pricing has been fixed for number of users community for each application. Just select the applications, mention number of users, pay the amount and you are ready to get full value from the application. Payment is processed through integrated Payment Gateway . All new registrants are offered a period of 60 days of trial period. One customer, one time Trial Period.
Monthly Subscriptions (After trial period is over): - Billed monthly, Paid monthly i.e., Pay one time for the year, get invoice each month- If at any time during your using our service, you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. In case, you would like not to use our application, your subscription will remain effective till the end of next billing cycle and thereafter subscription will cease and there will be no more obligation on either party pertaining to the services.
Annual Subscriptions: - Billed yearly, Paid yearly i.e. (Crisprsys’s doesn’t force you into an annual subscription as a condition to use our services. We prefer to give you the flexibility to choose. In exchange for you signing up for an annual up-front commitment, we offer you 60 days of free usage over the already-low monthly subscription cost i.e., you have to pay for only 10 months of service for usage of 12 months. All yearly prices are adjusted for all applications accordingly. If at any time during your first 30 days of using our service you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. In case, you would like not to use our application, Pro-rated refund will be processed or services will be downgraded to a Free plan. After first 30days of Yearly subscription is passed, we will address all your queries and support you with work around solutions and retain our valuable customer, without any obligation of refund on our part. Unutilized amount will remain in credit against your customer code and you can advise us to transfer the amount against another customer code in due course. Your account will remain active for a period of 365 days since last communication or transaction in the application whichever comes later.
For your convenience, your monthly and yearly subscriptions will auto-renew until you cancel the service. Every time before your subscription auto-renews, we will send 3 times mails specifying the amount that will be charged to your credit card. Similarly, after each renewal we will send you a receipt via e-mail specifying the amount that has been deducted together with the next renewal date and the next renewal amount.
We know that sometimes customers forget to cancel an account they no longer want until it has already been charged. That’s why you can cancel your monthly/annual subscription even five business days after your renewal date, and we will still process your cancellation accordingly.
